The second highest outdoor pool in Chicago is in Lincoln Park, on the roof of the 44-story Eugenie Terrace apartment tower, 1730 N Clark St. It’s the highest outdoor pool in a Chicago rental apartment building. And, as you might guess, it’s one of the city’s best spots for watching the annual air and water show.
The Emporis database has Eugenie Terrace’s height as 450.01 feet.
