The past year has done a number on the selection of new true lofts throughout the city. Some developments, like University Village, finally reached sellout, while others, like the Park Kingsbury Luxury Lofts, gave up the ghost without ever reaching completion.
Friday afternoon I ran down our old list of true loft developments (adapted timber or concrete buildings, as opposed to new construction “soft lofts”) and checked local listings to see which still had new units for sale. The 14 projects represent the only ones I could find. Remember that in some cases, a developer’s agent may not list every unit still available within a particular project. In certain cases — LOACQ’s Opera Lofts, for example — developers are also offering homes for lease.
