Cityscape condos back on market in Bell School attendance area

We’re not seeing – and not likely to see for some time – large new condo projects, but infill development is continuing in this depressed market.

A number of the projects that are being touted as “new” are revivals or completions of developments that have been around for some time.

Today’s new listing report includes two units at 3935 N Western Ave. They’re part of the larger Cityscape development, the remnants of which went to auction in January of last year.

Unit 2N is an 1,860 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath priced at $439,000. The listing says it has “HEIRLM-CALIBR FINSHS,” which I assume means “heirloom-caliber finishes.” Garage parking is an additional $20,000.

Prudential Rubloff’s Mario Greco has the listing.

Unit 4S in the building, also an 1,860 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, closed in March of 2009 for $607,700.
