Last month Koenig & Strey agent Barbara O’Connor launched sales for Cityview, a new four-story, 16-unit elevator building at 5760 N Lincoln Ave in Petersen Park, a triangular sliver of West Ridge that doesn’t appear to have seen a whole lot of new construction lately, judging from the MLS and our NewHomeNotebook.com database.
O’Connor says the two- and three-bedroom homes feature “contemporary, highly upgraded” finishes, some of which you can see in these pictures, courtesy of Koenig & Strey’s Web site. She singled out the four top-floor “penthouses,” which top out at 2,200 square feet with 400 square-foot outdoor terraces. (All residents will have access to a common rooftop deck.)
Homes start in the $370s for a 1,500 square-foot two-bedroom and reach into the $590s for the most expensive penthouse. Each unit comes with one indoor or outdoor parking space; additional spaces sell for $20,000 each.
