What prompted the return to a 2004 price point? A “huge total gut renovation,” according to Mario Greco’s listing. The 107-year-old home, pictured at left in its pre-rehab stage (courtesy of Google’s Street View) and at right in its current condition, has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 4,000 square feet. It’s been refitted with hardwood floors in the main living areas; cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; and a jet tub, separate shower and “spa-caliber” stone finishes in the master bath.

Three of the bedrooms, two of the baths, and the laundry room are on the home’s second level, and the fourth bedroom is on the main level; the basement remains unfinished. The home also has a deck, a back yard, and a two-car garage.

2008 taxes were $5,826.
