Did you guys see four closings at Walton on the Park? Those buyers are psychotic.

I hadn’t noticed, and I’m not going to pass judgment on any buyers, but the reader’s right about the first half: four condos at Walton on the Park, 2 W Delaware Pl, closed on Wednesday, which is right in line with the timetable I received from Coldwell Banker a few weeks ago.

Sales have been pending on two of these units since 2007 — one since March of that year.

The four units are:

• Unit #904, a 945 square-foot one-bedroom / 1.5-bath that went under contract in June 2009. The home was originally listed for $553,000 and closed at $566,054.
• Unit #808, a 1,319 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath that went under contract in July 2008. The home was originally listed for $625,000 and closed at $637,086.
• Unit #806, a 1,415 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath that went under contract in November 2007. The home was originally listed for $820,000 and closed at $1.55 million. (A combo, perhaps?)
• Unit #907, a 1,520 square-foot two-bedroom / 2.5-bath that went under contract in March 2007. The home was originally listed for $830,000 and closed at $930,000.
