Coliseum Park underway in the South Loop

We’ve written lately about high-rises underway in the South Loop – but it’s worth noting that there’s a variety of product being constructed in the neighborhood.

Here’s a photo of the progress at Coliseum Park Condominiums, Deva Development‘s 39-home low-rise at 1440 S Wabash Ave. As you can see, the four-story project will create a courtyard between the existing town home development west of the site, possibly crafting a little red-brick oasis amid the South Loop’s high-rises.
