The details are still a bit hazy, but MLS listings were recently posted for these three small condo developments, and all three of them are described as part of “The Green Collection” in the listings. I don’t know yet who the developer is or what exactly qualifies each of these three buildings as green developments, but the listings for all three buildings say that they will be built with “exquisite sustainable building materials” and that they will feature “high-performing energy efficient, modern finishes.”
All three developments are being marketed by Melissa Govedarica from Sergio and Banks Real Estate, and MLS listings for all three say that they will be delivering in June.
Both of the buildings pictured in the top row will have four two- and three-bedroom condos. The building at left will be located at 3107 W Armitage Ave in Logan Square, and the one to the right of that will be located at 1747 W North Ave in Wicker Park. I visited both of those addresses yesterday afternoon, and found that some dirt had been moved at both sites, but not much else.
The only site where construction is actually underway is at 1711 N Rockwell St, where this two-unit building is being built (pictured at right and below). An MLS listing for one of the units in that building says the building will feature two duplex units. The home that is currently listed is a 1,900 square-foot three-bedroom / 2.5-bath condo priced in the $540s.
