It’s called a wet dream.
What ever it is called…. I can remember last year when there were dozens of new construction (1 br) units in the 190’s to the low 200’s. Now you are hard-pressed to find a one bedroom for less than 250K. If the market wasn’t there, the pricing wouldn’t be that high. (I am speaking from first hand experience, I have a contract on an under construction one bedroom in the S Loop)
