That ain’t gonna go away anytime soon. And yes, Sheridan Park has a lot of it, which is a bit of a shame. A friend recently took a good hard look at Sheridan Park when shopping for a condo, but ended up going with Logan Square / West Bucktown for precisely that reason.”
