For the most part they’re backed with big money (like Kleiner) and are high end destination spots rather than places that make a neighborhood for everyday folks… Expect more Panera, Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks (probably even one with a drive through), a Caribou Coffee, an Argo Tea, Le Bon Pain, etc. Hey, I just saw they opened a new Coldstone Ice Cream place, too! Maybe you’ll get a P.F. Chang’s and a Rock Bottom Brewery for some real neighborhood character.”
