but seriously, I see good stuff going up here and there, it’s just overwhelmed by the condo canyon “blahness” we see on the main arteries.
Carter… agreed. I mean, City Builders are not without complaints I’m sure, but the price, location and quality of this particular building were a good fit for my clients. The builder is “around” as well, so if issues are communicated correctly, I feel they are responsive.
