Commuting made easy at Chestnut Place apartments

Chestnut Place residents who commute to the Loop have a tough call to make on a cold and snowy Chicago morning. They can hop on the #36 CTA bus that stops directly outside the building, walk two minutes south past a Starbucks to catch the Red Line subway, or grab one of the readily-available taxis.

Residents who commute by car appreciate the quick exit from the building’s low-rise parking garage and easy access to I-90/94 via Ontario St, a few blocks south. Car-free residents like having Enterprise Rent-A-Car on-site, a Potash grocery across the street and delivery service from a nearby Whole Foods.

Pedestrian commuters have a short jaunt to Loyola University’s Water Tower campus and Michigan Avenue shops and offices.

All of the apartments at Chestnut Place are corner units with good south views due to the building’s unusual saw-tooth configuration. The building is undergoing a makeover of its common areas and apartments, but new residents who opt for a lower price-point can rent one of the “classic” apartments rather than a renovated one.

Floor plans and near real-time availability info can be accessed online. Contact the leasing office for information about currently available rent incentives.
