From all of Six North Michigan‘s east-facing two- and three-bedrooms you have a direct view of Millennium Park’s Cloud Gate and Pritzker Pavilion. From the seventh or eighth floor up, you have pretty good views of the lake as well. George Schultz of @properties walked me through a couple of east-facing models on the tower’s 10th floor last week and showed me how the level of finishes in the building changed from tier to tier.
Two-bedrooms at Six North Michigan have 1,293 to 1,821 square feet and range in price from the $560s to $850s. Three-bedrooms have 1,976 to 3,305 square feet and are priced from $1.25 to $2.09 million.
