Site prep work appears to be nearly complete on a 175-unit apartment complex underway at 1717 Ridge Ave in Evanston.
The project, named Seventeen17, is being built on a one-acre parcel originally intended for the third and fourth phases of the stalled-out and foreclosed Sienna condo development.
When complete, Seventeen17 will rise 8 stories above a 2-story parking base and include a courtyard, outdoor pool, lounge and fitness facility.
