The Tribune reported Friday that units are starting to close and models are starting to open at 1555 Wabash. That’s the first thing we’ve heard about the South Loop high-rise in months — in fact, the place looked awfully sleepy when Erik and I walked by last week. Exterior work has just about wrapped, but the only signs of life we saw were some patio furniture out on one balcony.
