Jeremy and I took the long way around to Burnham Pointe on Wednesday. Getting off the ‘L’ at LaSalle and Van Buren, we first walked west to get a look at CMK Companies‘ 235 Van Buren, still under construction at 235 W Van Buren St. CMK is still pursuing its first certificates of occupancy for the tower but expects to start delivering condos in the near future.
