Lexington Park Condominiums isn’t the only new tower visible from 1720 South Michigan‘s 33rd floor. On Saturday, I snapped this shot of The Enterprise Companies’ nearly completed 1600 Museum Park, located at 1629 S Prairie Ave, one block north and two blocks east of CMK‘s Michigan Avenue high-rise. The 129 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes listed at 1600 Museum Park last week were priced from the $280s to the $710s. Closings began at the building in December.
