A couple bits of news came out from Lakeshore East late this week. Magellan Development and McHugh Construction officially topped off Aqua, 225 N Columbus Dr, this week, despite having actually poured the top floor last month.
More importantly, the 82-story tower has received a certificate of occupancy through floor 32, opening up 14 floors of apartments as well as the lower’s as-of-yet unclaimed hotel space.
