The high-rise that’s under construction in Old Town is about two-thirds of the way toward topping out, and it now has a new address, a new name and a new skeletal website. YoChicago and other sites had been referring to the building as 1233 N Wells.
The website says to expect occupancy at 1225 Old Town, 1225 N Wells St, “late summer 2012.” A source tells me that means September 1, and that The Habitat Company will be doing the lease-up.
According to the website, the building will have a rooftop pool and hot tub, a Wi-Fi business center, a movie theater and social lounge, “condo quality finishes” and 24/7 door staff and maintenance.
Where can i fill out an application to be on the waiting list, Also are there subsidized apartments in the building. Im living in the area now but i would love to live in this fabulous building.
