Walsh Construction topped off Mesa Development‘s 72-story Legacy at Millennium Park last week, Globe St reports. Deliveries will begin at the tower, located at 60 E Monroe St in the Loop, starting in September, but construction won’t wrap until summer 2010, according to the story.

Cloudy skies have gotten in the way of our tour of the Legacy a couple times already, but I think we’ve finally nailed down a date for our walk-through. Keep an eye on Yo for more.
