Has it topped out yet? The western side shows a slight trace of the spiral (similar in shape to a rolled newspaper) that’s supposed to crown One Museum Park West, 1201 S Prairie Ave. If that’s the case, we may be seeing the new tower at close to its full height.
The 70-percent presold tower is set to deliver its first homes early next year. Its available two- and three-bedroom homes range in size from 1,238 to 3,000 square feet and in price from the $530s to $2.14 million.
