With yesterday’s sales update still in mind, I took a detour to the Mag Mile during my lunch break to get a look at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, under construction at 664 N Michigan Ave. The tower, which will be 40 stories high when completed, is up to about its ninth or 10th floor at the moment. Deliveries are expected to begin sometime next year.
