With elements of its facade now in place along its lower levels, it’s getting easier to see how the Ritz-Carlton Residences high-rise, under construction at 664 N Michigan Ave (the northwest corner of Michigan and Erie), will fit in with the rest of the Mag Mile streetscape.
Seven one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with 1,398 to 3,566 square feet are currently listed from $1.45 to $4.76 million. Another 25 units, mostly one-bedrooms, are marked as under contract on the MLS. The tower will have 88 units when completed.

I had hopes for this building…until I saw the precast going up.
care to elaborate, Chris?
Looks like Ritz Residences just got power! Coming along pretty quickly now. http://www.theresidenceschicago.com/blog/?p=3374
Amy,
As a marketing professional you should know better than to fail to disclose your interest in promoting your client. Think FTC regulations.
You should also be aware of our long-standing policy of discouraging this type of behavior in our comments. It’s disrespectful toward our readers, and inconsistent with the brand image that your client is trying to promote.
Hopefully this will be your last appearance of this sort.
I’m with Chris – the precast doesn’t even come close to a stone color, if it had, it would have made the building both look better and be a step above the rest. Oh well…
