Joe Askins of YoChicago checks in on the state of construction at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, a new luxury condo high-rise going up at the corner of Erie Street and Michigan Avenue. The 40-story, 88-unit building, designed by architect Lucien Lagrange, is slated for completion in 2011. According to Crain’s, about half of those units are under contract.
