Does the 2715 N Kenmore project fill in that triangular lot?
Any way I can access a rendering?
Never mind, saw the rendering.
Just curious, what got built on that triangular lot? According to Google Streetview (2007 or so) it’s a construction site..
tup,
I’m guessing you’re thinking of the project on the northwest corner of Lincoln / Diversey? That project has not gone forward.
No, there is a triangle at the NW corner of kenmore/lincoln. Last I heard, the original builder sold it to someone who wanted a higher zoning to build more…
Which of those flatiron corners along Lincoln got the green building?
If you’re thinking of the battleship-looking building, that was 2800 Lincoln, at Lincoln and Diversey. As Joe Z. said, that one hasn’t gone anywhere.
I’m thinking that it’s built – unless I am wrong that it’s a green building. At Sheffield or Southport maybe?
