With the addition of windows, construction is moving along at The Signature Residences, 207 E 31st St, although sales manager Michelle Mark told me in the fall that the 36-unit building probably won’t be finished until May.

Whereas the cornice and several other horizontal lines on the building are shown to be white in the renderings that appear on the development Web site, they’re sort of a limestone beige color on the building right now. The other prominent architectural features in the rendering are two small, white pediments, but there is no sign of them on the actual building.

Prices for one- to three-bedroom condos at the Signature Residences range from the $150s to the $380s. A model unit recently opened, and according to the sales center’s voice mail greeting, it’s open for viewing on the weekends.
