While construction on The Hudson is wrapping up, The Cambridge, the other mid-rise condo building in Phase 1 of the Parkside of Old Town development, is still a work in progress. The above photos show The Cambridge in different stages of development: in February (at left) and yesterday afternoon.
The eight-story building is about half the size of The Hudson, and it’s located just a block to the west of it on Division Street, between Cleveland and Cambridge avenues. About 80 percent of the condos in both buildings are sold, as they have been for a few months.
The available floor plans in The Cambridge range in size from 844 to 1,272 square feet, according to the Parkside of Old Town Web site. As with The Hudson, two-bedrooms are in greatest supply at The Cambridge, and there are only a few remaining one-bedrooms in the building.
The above floor plan is for the largest available two-bedroom / two-bathroom condo in The Cambridge. I don’t have a price for this particular unit, but price points for the remaining units in Phase 1 are from the $270s to the $590s, so I’d bet that this unit is at the higher end of that spectrum. Deliveries at The Cambridge should begin in September or October.
