Seven stories of glass to go. Exterior construction at The Legacy at Millennium Park, 60 E Monroe St, is progressing nicely and will be completed before you know it.
The 40 to 50 unsold condos left at The Legacy in late April included one-bedrooms from the $480s to the $610s, two-bedrooms from the $640s to almost $1.6 million, and three-bedrooms from $1.15 to $4.25 million. Closings and deliveries at that time were scheduled to begin in late summer or early fall.
