One of the four construction sites Joe Zekas and I drove past last Friday was at the corner of Oak and Larrabee streets, where Parkside of Old Town‘s next rental building is on the rise. The Oak will offer a mix of market-rate, affordable housing, and public housing apartments. Completion is expected in December.
