The third and tallest component of the Trio condominium development in the Fulton River District is nine floors high and rising.
Once complete, RDM Development‘s 22-story high-rise at 670 W Wayman St will tower over Trio’s two mid-rises. At the moment, however, it barely clears the tops of those buildings.
The mid-rises, located at 650 and 660 W Wayman St, are delivering now, and 31 of their 109 units are available. Most of the high-rise’s 100 condos are also on the market; they will be ready for delivery in early 2009.
Prices for the one- to two-bedroom / one- to two-bathroom units range from the $240s to over $1 million.
