Slowly but surely, RDM Development‘s Vision is taking shape at 1624 W Division St in Wicker Park. Construction on the four-story building began in January of 2008, and it’s finally starting to resemble the vision offered by the architect’s renderings.
Wallin Gomez Architects designed the 33-unit development, which is located just steps from the Polish Triangle and the Division Blue Line station. The condominiums were originally projected to deliver in the summer, and judging from the building’s exterior, that’s beginning to look feasible.
Prices for the remaining 1,300 to 2,000 square-foot two- and three-bedroom condos run from the $440s to the $590s.
In addition to the residential units, the development will have about 9,000 square feet of retail space and a garage with 111 parking spaces, some of which will be reserved for retail customers.
