Construction for Lofts at Lakeview Collection begins this summer – and the LaSalle Bank currently in its location will be torn down in the fall, says Michelle Potvin, a sales associate with Centrum Properties, which is marketing the project.

The six-story project, 3201 N Ashland Ave, has 131 one- and two-bedroom condos, some with dens, from $309,900 to $745,000, according to Potvin. Out of 131 units, Potvin says 110 are available.

There will be retail spaces – including a David Barton Gym – on the first and second floors, and underground parking is available for $37,500, Potvin says.

Deliveries are expected in summer 2009.

Toronto-based Cecconi Simone Inc. designed all of the interior units while Hirsch Associates LLC + Architecture and Planning designed the exterior. Building amenities include a workout center, bike room, business center and an eight-hour doorman.
