“Nothing has changed,” Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate associate Sophia Klopas says of sales at the Coliseum Park Condominiums development at 1440 S Wabash Ave in the South Loop. Klopas says there are still 11 available units in Deva Development‘s 39-unit condo development, which is exactly what Patrick reported in a February sales update.
Although sales are static, construction on the brick low-rise seems to be moving ahead, and according to the Coliseum Park Web site, deliveries are set to begin in December of this year. Below is a rendering of what the finished product should look like.
