The new 15-story high-rise, 451 Huron, appears to be nearly sold out (90 percent sold according to the site sign, 95 percent according to the project’s Web site), and the building looks substantially complete, though the storefronts are still empty, and the planters along West Huron Street haven’t been filled in yet.
Whatever you think of the building, its four-story parking base is not as obtrusive as many of the awkward pedestals we’ve seen for new high-rises lately, and in fact, does a decent job imitating the style of surrounding loft buildings in River North.
Prices for the remaining condos range from the low $300s to the $460s.
