As promised, here’s a look at Pitch Development‘s finished product at 2738 W Armitage Ave, along with a shot from Andy’s visit in July.
As you can see, Armitage Square has its brick, its windows, its railings and its residents. It also has its requisite graffiti, which is just everyone’s way of saying, “Welcome to the neighborhood!”
As I mentioned yesterday, 12 of the building’s two- and three-bedroom condos are still available at prices ranging from the $290s to the $490s.
