The block bounded by North State Street, East Walton Place, North Rush Street and East Delaware Place is shaping up to be one busy construction zone.
Three projects are planned for the block: Elysian Hotel & Private Residences, Ten East Delaware (both designed by Lucien Lagrange Architects) and Walton on the Park.
Construction has begun for Elysian, at 11 E Walton Pl, and Ten East Delaware. Work is slated to start in September for Walton on the Park, 1 E Walton Pl.
And when might all the dust settle? Likely not until the fall of 2010, when condos at Walton on the Park’s north tower are set to deliver.
