We had the chance to check out Edgebrook Glen, the newest high-end project by Chicago-based CA Development, Inc. The 11-acre community is a private stretch of newly-paved streets near 5200 W Armstrong Ave, between the Edgebrook and Forest Glen neighborhoods. Upon completion, the development will have a total of 64 single-family homes, 19 of which are already under construction, according to a press release.
The homes at Edgebrook Glen have four- to six-bedroom floor plans, with ranges of 3.5 to 4.5 baths. The floor plans at Edgebrook Glen range from 3,695 to 4,968 square feet, with lot sizes that range from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet.
Garrison Partners is marketing the project and opened its new sales center on Saturday, June 30. Prices range from the $670s to the $950s.
