It’s too early to tell if Superior 110, the glass high-rise with the gently curving facade planned for River North, will look truly superior when it’s done, but construction has started on the 27-story project, underway at the northwest corner of Superior and Clark streets.
The last time we checked in, the development was about 40 percent sold, and first deliveries were expected in late summer 2008.
