Red brick and shaded balconies in Lake View

A couple of weeks ago Joe posted a sales update for these two Lake View developments, but because our photos were so dated, he only included interior shots. Here are a couple of updated photos of Halsted Row (above), at 2847 – 2905 N Halsted Ave and The Chelsea (below) at 2921 – 2927 N Lincoln Ave.

Both The Chelsea and Halsted Row are joint ventures of Stillpoint Development and Chicago Graystone Realty. As Joe mentioned in his sales update, two- and three-bedrooms at The Chelsea run from the $470s to the $650s, while two- to three-bedrooms at Halsted Row are listed from the $480s to the $760s.
