The suburban-esque collection of homes, at 3902 N Kilbourn Ave, has a quiet, residential feel, unlike the bustling thoroughfares of nearby Milwaukee Avenue and Irving Park Road. But the Metra tracks that run along the west side of the development may bring an urban dose of noise.
The homes have three to five bedrooms and feature nine-foot ceiling heights, fireplaces, two-car garages, private terraces and walk-in closets.
Three-bedroom townhouses start in the $570s, four-bedroom single-family homes start in the $740s and five-bedroom single-family homes start in the $790s.
According to an automated phone message at the sales center, the development is 85 percent sold and deliveries range from 30 days to 12 months. Mary Herman, of marketer Baird & Warner, says two homes have sold in the past week.
