Talk about progress: The photo on the left shows the future home of 1555 Wabash as it looked in May 2007. The photo on the right – taken from almost the same spot on the sidewalk – shows the site last week, when I stopped by the project at 1555 S Wabash Ave in the South Loop.
In the last nine months, sales at New West Realty‘s 14-story luxury high-rise have reached almost 60 percent, according to a sales agent. The remaining units range in price from the $250s to the $640s, and deliveries are scheduled for later this fall.
