Cornelia Court‘s new Addison model was the center of attention at last week’s broker open house, but it wasn’t the only townhome I visited while I was there. Gale Goldstick of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage also took me inside a two-bedroom / 2.5-bath Cornelia model home from the development’s second phase. The home’s upper floors aren’t furnished anymore, hence the lack of bedroom photos, but you can compare the living areas you see here with the pictures from my earlier post to see where the Addison and Cornelia’s major differences lie.
The homes are the same width — 18 feet — and have the same amount of floor space — 2,242 square feet — but while the Addison has a bedroom / office and a full bath just a few feet from the front door, the Cornelia has an open entryway / den and a powder room. The second-floor living / dining areas didn’t strike me as particularly different in terms of layout, but they were staged and finished differently.
The home, located at 3001 W Cornelia Ave in Avondale, is priced in the $440s.
