Developer Mark Goodman may try to complete the unfinished Waterview Tower at 111 W Wacker Dr, not as a 90-story condo / hotel high-rise, but as a 60-story office tower, Crain’s reports.
Goodman has not bought Waterview, which is little more than a 26-story parking deck at the moment, and he’s not the only one interested in it, but he tells Crain’s that he’s already “very far along” in his planning process and already has financing to make the purchase. The project is expected to cost upwards of $300 million.
