Craft beer, art, antiques, music and more near K2 Apartments

A crowd of more than 1,500 enjoyed a sunny day and sampled craft beer from more than 60 brewers at the West Loop Craft Beer Fest on Saturday, May 24. You’ll meet nine of them in the above video.

Neighbors of West Loop sponsored the event, which was held outside the French Market at Metra’s Ogilvie Transportation Center.

The Randolph Street Market Festival is a year-round event held two days each month in the West Loop. It bills itself as an art, antiques and fashion fest, but most people would consider it an upscale flea market with 100s of vendors, music, food and fun performances. The event is held indoors in the fall and winter and outdoors in the summer.

The keystone location of K2 Apartments, the new luxury tower in the Fulton River District, affords residents quick access to dozens of street fairs and festivals in the neighboring River North, River West and neighborhoods.

Next up: Taste of Randolph, June 13 to 15.

Note: Our thanks to Nicholas Barron for allowing us to use his trio’s music in the Randolph Street Market video.
