A Cook County judge issued a foreclosure order against Block 37 earlier today, paving the way for a foreclosure sale sometime in early 2011, Crain’s reports. The court found Joseph Freed & Associates, which took over the project in 2007, liable for more than $177 million due to Bank of America and other banks.
