Sales at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago only recently reached the 50 percent mark, Crain’s reports. According to data from Appraisal Research Counselors cited in the article, 421 units have closed at the tower — 266 of its 486 residential condos, and 155 of its 339 hotel condos.
Eighteen of the tower’s 31 resales sold for a profit, with an average resale price of 12 percent above the original price. Current listings in the building range from the $370s for a studio to almost $2 million for a two-bedroom / three-bath and have been on the market for 233 days on average, according to Redfin.
