Crescent sells 500th condo at Shoreline Park

Crescent Heights has sold its 500th condo at Shoreline Park, a 570-unit condo conversion that includes a 14-story tower at 4950 N. Marine and a five-story building at 4920 N. Marine.
The 500th buyer, Patty Lopez, was greeted with banners, confetti and congratulations from the Crescent Heights staff as well as a gift certificate for a bottle of champagne to celebrate the new digs.

“When I walked in and saw my name on a big banner in the lobby, I thought the Crescent Heights staff really knows how to make new residents welcome,” Lopez said. “Then I realized it was part of the celebration because I was the 500th buyer.”

Shoreline Park includes a total of 570 one-bedroom condominiums priced from the $120s to the $150s. Units typically have tiled entry foyers, galley-style kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, new cabinets or cabinet fronts, new refrigerators and stoves, and new countertops. A selection of pre-finished condominiums is available for immediate occupancy, and free hardwood floors and granite countertops are being offered on some units, according to Tara Sacony, marketing director for the Chicago Region of Crescent Heights.

The complex has a 24-hour doorman, concierge services, a fitness facility with club-quality equipment, a business center with high-speed Internet access, rooftop sundecks, an on-site dry cleaner, garage parking and renovated halls, lobbies and elevators.
