Spring is just around the corner, and there’s nothing like springtime in Paris, but the next best thing would have to be a French-inspired condo development in North Kenwood, right? Yeah, we know it’s a stretch, but we needed an excuse to show you Museé Place, under construction at 4401 S Lake Park Ave. The masonry buildings have bay windows and mansard roofs that lend them a European quality without being too flashy about it. There are 15 simplex and duplex condos with two or three bedrooms at Museé, and prices range from the $260s to the $350s.
