The people who’ve opted for CA23‘s larger, more expensive units tend to be seasoned buyers who want to personalize their living spaces, says developer Geoff Ruttenberg. In the second half of my video tour through the development’s first 24-unit phase at 23 N Aberdeen St in the West Loop, Ruttenberg takes me through the bedrooms of his furnished model and into a neighboring unit that will receive some custom finishes.
